Marcus brings more than 30 years of experience in personal training, strength coaching, assisted stretching, and fitness leadership to the Tampa Bay area. His career began in the U.S. Army, where he became a Master Fitness Trainer while serving in multiple military roles, including Infantryman, M1 Armor Crewman, and Cavalry Scout.

Since earning his first personal training certification at age 18, Marcus has worked with clients ranging from professional athletes to everyday individuals looking to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, and overall quality of life. His background includes experience with athletes connected to the NFL, professional golfers, the U.S. Air Force Academy, the U.S. Olympic Training Center, U.S. Army programs, and international clients, including Bollywood actresses.

Marcus also has hands-on rehabilitation experience from working in a physical therapy clinic and has held leadership roles as a Fitness Manager at 24 Hour Fitness and General Manager of StretchLab Apollo Beach. His approach combines strength training, mobility work, assisted stretching, and practical movement coaching to help clients move better, feel better, and perform better.
